Well, as I'm not a republican (or have ANY alleigance to ANY political party); as I'm not just a perpetual swing voter but my politics are broadly centre/left; as I have NO respect for big oil, big pharma or any other oligopoly - BUT on the other hand I DO have a respect for truth, for liberty, for tolerance, fairness and compassion and as the ecofascist lobby and their neophytes DON'T I think it's fair to say that my attitudes DON'T spring for any kind of vested interest.
And if it comes to that there are plenty of people and organisations benefiting financially from the fake 'green' agenda.
They learned a few years ago that fear is one of the best tools for brainwashing people.
Right and left both use that weapon and it disgusts me that they can be so dishonest.

Warmth means longer growing seasons which means more and cheaper food for humans across the planet. One of the greatest, most productive periods in human history took place during the medieval warm period (when it was warmer than it is today) during which many of the great cathedrals of Europe were built. It all came crashing down when the "little ice age" took place.

But the point is that the blog regularly posts articles and FACTS by people who ARE scientists and meterorologists. So do other sites that I've quoted in the past. When facts run up against prejudices it's hard to get through to people who've swallowed the whole mythology of imminent climate catastrophe wholesale. Like I said, I've got NO vested interest either way. But again and again the ecofascists get caught out in lies. And anything that helps to give a broader picture can only be welcomed. Especially by people who care about free thinking, free speech and open debate. As Masaryk said 'democracy means discussion.' And if we're not allowed to question orthodoxy then we might as well go and live in North Korea or go back to the dark days of the Spanish Inquisition. |

In other words, net zero would lead to the extinction of plants and flowers and profoundly change the Earth's environment - for the worse!

This is an increase of 50% since the start of the Industrial Revolution, up from 280 ppm during the 10,000 years to the mid-18th century. The increase is due to human activity. |
