I have eaten moose and elk. Like them both. Elk is rarer than moose or deer, dont often get it but I really like elk. There is mighty fine elk hunting in my general area, and I know a lot of hunters. They sometimes share their spoils!

have tried oysters ever which way with no luck. same goes for liver. if i went to someone's house and either were on dinner menu, would NOT EW and YUCK like an 8 year old.
tho not at first sight, have like escargot from first taste. what's not to like when it's swimming in wine/garlic/butter sauce. kind of expected it to have a texture issue... though it would be more like clams, but not. did a "fear factor" with escargot with 7-8th graders. as drama was growing among a few attention seekers, they got passed over. those who participated seemed to really like it. in hind sight, i was out of my mind to do this in school.
i have an issue with people claiming they "hate" a food item that they've never even tasted. that's just not logical or possible. won't say i "hate" balut but sure as hell NOT gonna try it!

I have not had the opportunity to try moose yet. Nor have I, I wonder if it tastes like venison? I think so. I've had it a couple of times. It's okay but not as good as beef.

I have eaten rattlesnake, frog legs, oysters, snails, squirrel, bear, venison, octopus, squid and chocolate covered ants and crickets. Loved all of them but the ants and crickets You ever eat pig brains? I've eaten Haggis and it was yummy. Containing, hearts, liver, brains, lungs and other good stuff.

I'm very careful what goes in my mouth(😮) Probably liver 🤢 Liver cooked well, is better than steak. It all depends on how it's made and the herbs and spices added to the dish. I love liver! Lamb liver is the best. Then beef liver and pig liver (which is a bit more fatty)
