Was going to use the grill for the 4th. Ended up picking up a pizza on the way home from the gym this early afternoon. I'm not using the grill today with a heat index of 115°. It's unbearable out there. Next on the agenda is watching the TV, indoors.😥

Eating it right now. Was going to have a BLT but no bread here. But this is so good. Scrambled the eggs in the bacon grease like you see in the pic I got from the internet.

Never heard of that, is it good? I am making mushroom risotto, bought a big piece of Parmigiano-Reggiano, bought some white wine, looking forward to it. yum
