Not actually a sporting event, but a real surprise for me. I know that not everybody in Canada is necessarily a nice civilized person, but one does not expect this sort of event in a country with Canada's reputation.

It was a sport event - Stanley Cup finals. Unless you have been following this, you'd not know how visceral it becomes - Game 7, at home, when you were took the first two games ?? What is surprising, is the pent up emotions. Reminds me of Ohio State or was it some other

I don't follow this sports really. But yes, I guess it is unusual to see Canadians reacting in this way. We are known to be a civilized nation! I'm not too bothered about it really.
