I like having eggs for breakfast, but man, do they make me feel sick lately. I wonder why? Any idea anyone? It's either that or the coffee. But coffee alone doesn't have that affect on me, unless I drink too much of it. Must be the eggs, or the butter? I'm right off anything that contains a lot of fat lately.

Eggs are high in cholesterol and some people do have a cholesterol problem.
Other than that it could just be a food allergy.

I haven't eaten an egg in days, and I feel a lot better. Must be some kind of reaction I'm getting to them. No more eggs for me (well, maybe once in while).

There's lot of food I know I need to cut down on. I really sweet stuff a bit to much.

I hardly ever eat eggs anymore now, and I feel better for it. And when I do eat them, it's leaves me feeling like I shouldn't have ate them
