DD and I spent the day shopping and decided on Sushi. When we got there it was an "all you can eat" sushi place but if you didn't eat everything you would be charged?? I mean I can understand in All you can eat, of course you can't get a doggie bag to take home. But, to have to finish everything? Or maybe I didn't understand what they meant?

Ok that sounds.. odd. Isn't all you can eat one set price? And if you eat it all you don't get charged?

Some of them have this policy:
We only have one house rule,“order what you can eat, too much WASTE will be charged”.

Um, no thanks. Too much pressure in that. What if i order something and don't like it? I am not gonna bother again with that. Too much pressure! I don't mind paying for a buffet, then I can try a variety of things, but I am not going to necessarily eat it all or clean my plate. Sometimes you don't care for it or get full.
But, yes, there are people who way over do it and I can understand where they might need to address people ordering excessive amounts as well.

I like buffets. Mostly for the reason in that I find it a more relaxed way to eat. I have never seen anyone pile up their plate just to throw it all away. I do like to taste a few different pieces of cakes, here and there, but not necessarily finish everything off my plate. I'm not 5 years old after all!
I can well understand you not wanting to go back Fuzzems. I wouldn't go back either. Eating out is not only about the food, it's about the service you get too.
