Been meaning to post this forever but as I'm making my broth just realized I never did...About five years ago someone recommended I try this stuff and I liked it... If you make any kinds of soups or stews or rubs or bbq sauces, hell anything almost...lol...Try this stuff... Tajin

We always have a bottle of Tajin around. It is delicious on all sorts of melon, too!

for me, it belongs with anything i eat that i would season with salt. salt is NOT the first ingredient on the label and i think it's lower in sodium than most season salts. a 5 oz shaker at Aldi is less than $3.

🦍MAXX>ⓤ, I made a Pork Stew and marinated the pork with the Tajin I bought. It gave the stew an amazing flavor. Thanks again for recommending it!

Glad you enjoyed it...I am not a big pork eater but I do love breaded pork chops and mix a good bit of the Tajin in with the breading... One thing I have been doing lately with it is put it in a small food processor or coffee bean grinder and turn it to powder the put it over shredded chicken or beef for tacos, just don't use to much...

less sodium than many season salt products. salt isn't the first ingredient on the lable.
