and cast iron. when i down-sized, i sadly got rid of a lot of cast iron. not just for the space but the weight was a big problem after a busted arm. i had a pretty good sized collection going and now i didn't spend more than $5 for any one piece. had one of those reversible 2 burner griddle/grills. several different skillets... wagner, griswold, lodge. have a nice small enamel cast iron le creuset pan. a nice round griddle... perfect for pancakes or grilled cheese. also a cast iron muffin pan.
who uses cast iron on a regular basis?

Talking about cornbread cast iron cooking. Someone asked me about one so i sent her one a few years ago. Wonder if Raven remembers it?? I am sure she does. She had a lot if stuff going on at the time.
