Ohio man dies after being shot by police as he was cleaning out late grandmother's apartment An investigation is underway after a 28-year-old Ohio man died Tuesday, a day after he was shot by police who believed he was a burglary suspect, as, his family says, he was cleaning out his late grandmother's home. Joe Frasure was shot at early Monday in Wyoming, a city of about 9,000 about 12 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. He was hospitalized and died Tuesday, according to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office. Wyoming police said officers responded to an apartment building in the 300 block of Durrell Avenue shortly before 1 a.m. for a report that two to three people were trying to break into a residence. The 911 caller said the apartment should have been vacant. Responding officers heard activity at the rear of the building and encountered Frasure and his father in the rear driveway, Police Chief Brooke Brady said in a video statement. www.yahoo.com/news/ohio-man-dies-being-shot-223712118.html

Yep, just killing them in mass... Responding officers heard activity at the rear of the building and encountered Frasure and his father in the rear driveway, Police Chief Brooke Brady said in a video statement.
She said Frasure was in a minivan and refused commands to exit.
"The minivan reversed at a high rate of speed, before hitting a tree, at which point the vehicle accelerated rapidly at our officers,” she said.“The officers fired four shots at the minivan as the minivan was accelerating towards them."
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s office said Frasure was struck in the gunfire.
After the shooting, the car struck the building.
"With the vehicle smoking and the engine still running, our officers forced their way into the minivan and pulled Mr. Frasure from it. They then provided life-saving care and he was transported to University Hospital," she said.link

We have constitutional rights and we do not have to respond to police commands. It's the rest of the article from the OP's link. What's the matter, don't fit the narrative ? You are sounding pretty uninformed today...go ahead, don't follow commands, see what happens. Tell them you don't have to... The police’s power to arrest is mainly regulated by the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) and the Codes of Conduct.link
In United States constitutional law, the police power is the capacity of the states to regulate behavior and enforce order within their territory for the betterment of the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of their inhabitants.Police power is defined in each jurisdiction by the legislative body, which determines the public purposes that need to be served by legislation

Can you understand examples of police power as you were stating in an earlier post ? It's even highlighted about jurisdiction areas. I can see about your past confusion better now, about words with lines through them

Once again you're wrong. You call facts narrative. The FACT is that police lie on reports aand the FACTS of this case do not justify police firing bullets into that van. The FACT is that Frasure did not have to get out of the van. Having trouble with the whole of maxx's article ? Let me know how it goes when you tell an arresting officer you don't have to follow commands. You can even back up and then go forward accelerating your vehicle at them like Frasure did. Tell them you have constitutional rights first, so they understand it's not narrative.

The family says seeing the video is the first step toward justice.
I agree, lets see the video. A witness said she heard no commands being yelled and questions the claim that the van was "aimed at police".

Might need to brush up on your contextual skills, sadly lacking. I'm hoping you read all of the article from Maxx by now, it'll help with your confusion. You were making excuses for a story you didn't read ? You claim facts about bullets being fired in a previous post but haven't seen the video yet ? I guess there's 'facts' and facts from you.

Actually you are, making up bs as you go along. I just posted the rest of the yahoo article from maxx's link. You squirmed like a worm on a hook after commenting before reading the whole article. Kind of humorous in a way.

I would like to see the video. Yes... some cops lie... but, guess what... so do criminals and people that hate police. That's why I love the idea of putting everyone on video during police interactions: Dashcams, Bodycams... I'd even support "Gun Cams" attached to their pistols if someone ever develops one. There's a laser sight for Glocks that goes INSIDE the slide ( RED GUIDE ROD LASER FOR GLOCK), maybe one of those could be modified into a camera or a camera designed like it.

Gun cams, good idea !
I've seen that tech built into riflescopes, plenty of you tube videos from those, showing the hunting of feral pigs, etc.
I've seen cameras smaller than the usual gun laser.
Need to be able to take the recoil without damage.
That would eliminate a lot of lying speculation.

This is the best descriptive image I could find for one of those laser sights... it slips inside the recoil spring:
