I use a lot of those. I make all my own stocks, I use fresh herbs, have 3 different kinds of salt... I think anyone that cooks regularly uses a lot of the things listed.

I love ginger in many thing, chicken and some fish, hell fresh tea is incredible and it has many medicinal properties as well...
Most people that cook need to learn that there is a vast difference between fresh herbs and dried herbs, took a while to learn myself...
The 3 salts rule is handy and well as multiple peppercorns...Always grind you own pepper so much difference and you use less because they are fresher...
I have been using fish sauce for years in many things, even salad dressing...

I have 4 different pepper grinders all with different peppercorns. I also have a Pink Sea salt grinder, over 2 pounds of Kosher salt and a French salt. One can never have enough salt, just ask Sam and Dean Winchester (Supernatural) LOL!

Most of those get used regularly in our house.
I have used potato flakes as thickeners for decades.
Didn't know about the Wondra flour, though. I don't fry much, but it might be worth a try.

Trader Joe's South African Smoke grinder adds amazing smoky flavor to just about everything. It is phenomenal on roasted vegetables, and if course eggs. And there is no heat, just smoky goodness.
