the only absolute requirement for me is that the white is totally cooked... nothing even close to clear... GAG! scrambled - NOT wet, a few glugs of hot sauce and a little ketchup. a little brown is fine with me. fried - not sunny-side up. over easy for maybe 10 seconds. totally dippy yolk with liberally buttered toast. poached - just recently saw this technique... perfection. www.google.com/search?q=atk+poached+eggs&rlz=1CAGUZK_enUS1034&oq=atk+poached+eggs&aqs=chrome..69i57.5852j0j15&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:185ea774,vid:rUkFC1CiCn8 omelet - ham & cheese is classic. eggs benedict - real, homemade Hollandaise sauce. maybe some asparags on the side. bacon wouldn't hurt. no skimping on the Hollandaise. quiche - i would cheat with a frozen pastry crust. deviled Scotch for those who like eggs, do you have a favorite way to prepare them? or a unique way?

I like eggs too, yes!
And of course because I have laying hens, I am always looking for different ways to cook and use eggs.
I like mine sunny side up, white has to be cooked, but yellow part soft. Yum.

Don't forget you can add raw eggs to smoothies too.

I like eggs all sorts of ways.
Fried eggs - sunny side up, crispy edge, NOT overcooked!
Any type of omelette
Scrambled hard, cheese and salsa or jalapeno hot sauce
In a breakfast sandwich
I love egg salad and deviled eggs
All sorts of things. A nice, runny egg yolk makes a great, rich sauce.
