Some portray Christ as middle eastern, blue eyed caucasian or African. Personally I imagine he looked like any other member of King David's blood line. But honestly is that really important? God's plan was to send His son to Earth for the redemption of all mankind using the Hebrew tribe of Judah which is why He would look like any other average Jewish man. But Jesus, regardless of the Earthly flesh He took on, pre-existed humanity in a very different, non-corporial form. I have no problem with paintings, stained glass depictions or nativity sets different cultures use where Jesus is represented as part of their race. To Eskimos He looks like them. To Africans, He is black. To Asians, He looks Asian. Every summer when I was young I attended church in a native American longhouse. The stations of the cross were painted on native drums and Jesus looked like a Native American. I thought that was beautiful. linkWe are all God's children no matter how we look in the flesh. To be offended if a believer in Christ depicts Him as a member of a different race than the traditional portraits from the Renaissance era is losing the point of who God is and the message of Jesus' incarnation.

Jesus would of looked like the people of the country he lived in at the time. But like Foxy sez it does not really matter.

I imagine Jesus as a typical Middle Eastern man. Dark hair, brown eyes, not too tall and with a brownish skin tone.

Just curious if you would mock Muhammad in the same way? I doubt it.

Mocking people and their actions or opinions is one thing. Mocking Christ on Cross isn’t humor. It’s very derogatory.

Just curious if you would mock Muhammad in the same way? I doubt it. I believe Maxx would mock Muhammad in the same way if he was in a forum full of extremists who claimed to be Muslims following the Q'uran but were really a bunch of radicalized fakes trying to use religion to justify their hate.Or racism...

Don't think it matters that Jesus is depicted in different ways, imho.
