I am forever trying to eat healthily.
Like anyone else I sometimes get hungry in between meals, so I try and make up healthy snacks from what I have at home.
One of my favorites is, in a bowl, mix plain yogurt, a banana, raisins and then top with coconut and a bit of honey.
Do you have any that you make that you could share with us?

I like to make a mini charcuterie plate. Some turkey, cheese and assorted olives.

I keep some nuts handy. A handful of cashews, walnuts, peanuts or something like that. I usually have hard boiled eggs made, that is filling. Or make a small veggie tray.

Nuts. Yes I like nuts. It is said that even a handful a day will have many health benefits.

I really like cottage cheese. But has to be 4% milkfat and not 1%. And top with some fresh black pepper. That's yummy.
I got some fresh mozzarella today to snack on.

Arnold Whole Wheat or Multigrain sandwich thin roll split in two. Slather with some tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Toaster oven until cheese melts - fast, low carb, high fiber mini pizzettes.
Same sandwich thins as above but with any cheese you like, quick broiled in toaster oven to make open grilled cheese sandwich
Apple slices with peanut butter.
Carrot & Celery sticks, bell pepper slices, cucumber slices dipped in low calorie dip/salad dressing.
Whole Wheat, spinach or any other healthy tortilla with grilled chicken slices and shredded cheddar, you can add minced onion, diced bell pepper & tomato or jalapeños if you like. Cover tortilla and heat until melted inside and a little crispy outside - Chicken Quesadilla.

Popcorn. A touch of Tony Cachere salt free Cajun seasoning on it. Delicious and filling. Plus, you can eat a whole lot of it for little calories.
