It has its place. But one thing mentioned in the article is very true -it needs to be room temperature!

I don't think i have ever had burrata. Looks like a ball of mozzarella/ricotta type cheese basically. I am sure it would be good. I like cheese. At Wegman's about 2 hrs from my house, they carry some Brie that is made in France and totally delicious. Maybe I like it more because i can't get it very often. But, when we do , we really enjoy that.
I'm a big fan of parmesan. I mean that literally can sprinkled all over everything. Fresh mozzarella is yummy too. Very mild. I like assorted cheeses.
