42. You don't need to buy flavored yogurt. Just add cinnamon, cacao and honey to full fat whole yogurt. I do this one except with red juice powder from Organifi, hemp or chia seeds, and maybe some organic granola. I'll try his concoction when I get more yogurt.

Good advice. But not sure if it's scientifically proven? Regarding yogurt, yes get plain natural and add our own fresh fruit. You're better off eating a smaller quantity of quality food 100% agree with this.

I am very thoughtful about the food i buy. I would rather spend more for better quality. I always read labels and try to keep aware and research what we buy.
I think food is medicine and one has to eat healthy, exercise, drink water, sleep well, etc. We can enjoy some things in moderation like Christmas cookies and holiday goodies, etc. But that cannot be an everyday thing.
I subscribe to what is less processed and more natural. Real butter , real fat, lard, whole milk, etc. I don't use raw milk but try to buy non-homogenized when I can.
I think we have to watch plastics. Drinking out of plastic bottles containers, etc. I mean not a lot we can really do about that as most everything comes in plastic. I do prefer to buy products in glass jars that we recycle when i can
