No real recipe but here goes.. 1 jar (24oz) of your favorite Pasta sauce 1lb Mini or regular penne pasta (UNCOOKED) 2 to 4 fried chicken breasts (up to you how many). These can be homemade or store bought. I used these: Shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan (amount is to your taste) Dice up the chicken (it can still be frozen if store bought) into small bite size pieces. Mix it with the pasta and sauce. I added about a cup of water as well along with a handful of shredded mozzarella. Stir until mixed and smooth into a casserole dish. At this point I remembered I had about a cup and 1/2 of pizza sauce in the fridge so I poured it on top and smoothed it out. Gives a great flavor to pasta! Cover with as much Mozzarella and Parmesan as you want. Bake covered at 350 until hot and bubbly and the pasta is tender. Note: I make mine ahead of time by a few hours and let it sit before baking. That helps the pasta soak up some liquid.
