My version of a Minnesota hot dish.

Takes about 5 minutes to throw together lol 


Diced left over smoked ham

A bunch of frozen Tator tots

1 jar of 4 cheese Alfredo Sauce

1 cup of shredded cheddar

1 pkg of Ritz Crackers



Mix up all the ingredients but the crackers and spread into a casserole dish. Crush the crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

All but the Alfredo Sauce. Dont like it at all. The rest sounds real tasty.
