At least that's quite soft. I'm doing something with Turkey tonight, not sure what though.

An old family favorite, Beans & Weenies.
1 large (big) can baked beans 1 pkg Lil Smokies Weenies (turkey) ~ molasses to taste ~ dry mustard to taste (can use wet in a pinch) ~ cinnamon to taste ~ bacon bits as garnish
in a baking/casserole dish mix beans, cinnamon, mustard & molasses. lay lil weenies across top and bake at 350 until bubbling, or weenies have browned. Whichever you prefer. You can also substitute regular size hot dogs in place of the Lil Smokies.(Mom's original recipe used regular hot dogs)
bon appetite'

"can I use brown sugar instead?"
I dont see why not, however, I like the 'flavor' Molasses adds to the mix. I forgot to add the cinnamon to the recipe above...I'll go back and edit it.

I have romaine lettuce + sliced green radish + red bell peppers + leftover boiled shrimp. I feel that there is a salad on the way.

Are you on a diet, K?
Spinny, we all do at times. I usually end up eating junk food when I'm under stress. And I always feel awful afterwards...
Tonight it's fish and chips and veg.

Sometimes salads are the only thing to eat, especially when it's hot.
