I ate a tuna sub from a local deli. I only ate twice today. I have to cut back on eating. In the last year I put on weight for the first time in my life

I am really watching what I eat as well. So much delicious food around, it's just to easy to over-eat and put on weight. Rusty, have you tried fasting about once a week or so? I have been doing that and I find it really helps. It feels almost feels like a cleanse of your system.

Putting on weight as we age seems to be the norm. We really have to be careful about our diet to keep a steady, good weight. I'm a once a day eater of a good meal but then I snack throughout the day; sometimes on healthy things, sometimes on junk food like chips or pretzels. lol
