Do you normally have a breakfast or more a brunch?
I don't like to eat too early, just a coffee in the early morning and then maybe some cereal or fruit later on.
So what did you have for breakfast today?

I go with the flow. If I am home, I will have some liquid and a small munch. When I have an office situation I pick up coffee and a bagel, and when on the road, where ever I am, their native tradition

I've decided to have 2 boiled eggs for breakfast. I'm trying to cut the fat out of my diet. Not easy to do.

The best type of breakfast is a good old fry up.

Sourdough slice of bread: On it smaltz of Champagne mustard, thin slice of Serrano and slices of farmer's market tomatos. A glass of Pomagranate juice.

Does'nt one have soft cheese with crackers or hard rye bread ?(Lanquetot, Brin de Paille being a soft cheese) BTW: Soft Cheeses like Lanquetot, Brin de Paille are mostly banned in US as it is unpastuerized for short shelf life.

I normally just have cereal but if i'm in a hotel, then i can go ape.
At work, if i don't have atr home, then i have egg, toast, bacon or sausage.

Same here. If I'm having breakfast in a hotel or motel, then I like to have the whole shebang. But at home, I hardly ever have a big breakfast. Usually just a coffee and maybe some cereal, that's about it.

Fruit is always good for breakfast. But so is French bread.

When I wake up; I'll have country peasant bread dipped in egg batter, baked and then doused in spicy mole.

Spicy mole? Yummmm....I don't know about this...would that be spicy chocolate flavour? Yes, It indeed has chocolate and habaeros ground into paste. Spicy mole? Not a real mole I hope? What does it look like, nycank? Like chocolate paste. Google spicy mole, and then innovate, improvise. Before you make it at home, eat one in a mexican restaurant so that you get a taste of it, and decide if you like it.

I had a chuckle to myself when I read that. Trying to find a Mexican restaurant around here is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. There just aren't any around.
